What services does HappyQuest provide?
Happy Quest provides Hospital to Home care, Specialized Care, Daily Home Care, Respite Home Care, Advanced Care, and Hourly Home Care.
What is your service area?
Happy Quest serves the following areas: the Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish), Seattle, Washington, Snohomish County (Everett) and Whatcom County (Bellingham, Ferndale, and Lynden). See our locations.
Do you have caregivers near my location?
Yes. We try to match clients with caregivers who are close to their location whenever possible.
What is your hourly rate?
Our Hourly rate is discussed after assessments. To get more clarity of rates please call us at 425-440-2727.
Is your company insured and licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed company.
Are your Caregivers screened?
Yes, our Caregivers are screened and licensed by the State.
How can I start services with you?

How do you hire your caregivers?
Our hiring process is a team effort, and is the most demanding in the industry. We screen our caregivers to confirm the high standards for which Happy Quest Home Care is known. After certification and past training verifications, as well as reference checks, we collaborate to determine the most dependable, trustworthy and compassionate caregivers. A select few are then subject to rigorous interviews and testing, and only the top applicants are invited to join the Happy Quest Home Care team. They become licensed, bonded and insured employees of our agency — rather than contractors — which builds loyalty. Does your agency require a contract?
No. If you are interested in our services we ask that you sign a Home Care Service Agreement which outlines the types of services provided. The consent of care agreement may be canceled with an 48-hours written notice.
Do you provide 24-hour care services?
Yes. In addition to our hourly, overnight and other shifts, we also provide 24-hour care. 24-hour care can be provided 24x7x365.
How soon can you cover a shift after services are requested?
Yes. In addition to our hourly, overnight and other shifts, we also provide 24-hour care. 24-hour care can be provided 24x7x365.
Can your caregivers escort me to appointments?
We can usually cover a shift within 24 hours, depending on caregiver availability and the client’s care needs.
Can the caregiver drive my car?
Yes. A caregiver may drive the client’s car at no additional cost, as long as this is approved and arranged in advance.
Can the caregiver drive me in their own car?
Yes, if approved in advance.
Can caregivers help with meal preparation?
Yes. Caregivers can assist with meal preparation.
Do caregivers help with light housekeeping?
Yes. Caregivers can help with light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
Can caregivers take the trash out?
Yes. Caregivers can take out the trash as part of light housekeeping.
Can the caregiver walk my dog?
No. Caregivers do not walk dogs.
Can the caregiver help with lawn care?
No. Caregivers do not provide lawn care services.
What other tasks can caregivers help with?
Caregivers can help with companionship, personal care, toileting, walking assistance, meal preparation, reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, and other care-related tasks as needed.
Am I allowed to give gifts to my caregiver?
No. Gifts should not be given directly to caregivers. Any gifts or appreciation should go through the office.
Can I hire my caregiver directly?
If you hire our caregivers directly, there will be a penalty.
Are you a franchise?
No. Franchise owners pay high fees to own a franchise. At Happy Quest Home Care we are independently owned and invest our earnings into our caregiver wages and training. Additionally, our clients have more access to our on-call staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
